Established in 2004, B and P Consulting and Training provides personalized consulting and training for your individual needs.

John Bell Sr. has over 23 years of seling and training experience.  His sales career began while still in college. He sold meat products to residential and commercial customers. The first three months of selling, he was named salesperson of the month with record sales. 

Upon graduation from college, John worked in banking and financing, but his passion for sales brought him back into the industry. John spent 8 years selling dental products to dentists and schools. He was the recipient of the coveted Lion’s Award: Dentsply’s highest award for sales performance. While at Dentsply, John taught a course on setting up practices and practice management with graduating seniors at Howard University.

John began a career with Dermik Laboratories selling pharmaceuticals to dermatologists, podiatrists, pediatricians and family practitioners. He was also a Sales Training Associate and a Sales Trainer.

John has won several product launch contests and vacations for record sales performance. John is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie and Disney Sales Training courses.  John's engaging and upbeat style of presenting has won him acclaim with every audience he has encountered.  Hs interactivce approach to training encourages everyone to get the most out of what is being presented.  John is the founder and Presdient of B and P Consulting and Training in Bowie, Maryland.  John received his Bachelors Degree from California University of Pennsylvania. He has been married for over 20 years to Deitra Bell. He has 2 children, Charae and John Jr.



Terrance has over 21 years in outside sales. The first 2 years were spent working in Hotel Management and Retail Sales. The next 8 years were spent king for Philip Morris USA. He sold tobacco products to gas stations, liquor stores, hotels, drug stores, convenience stores and supermarkets. The last 8 years, he has been working in the health care profession with McNeil Specialty Pharmaceutical. He sold pharmaceutical products to Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatricians, Psychiatrists, Neurologists, Cardiologists, Urologists, Obstetrics/ Gynecologists and Pharmacists. He has experience as a recruiter and trainer for outside sales representatives. He initiated a recruiting program at Georgetown University, the University of Maryland and Howard University for his District Manager in the Metropolitan area. 

Terrance participated in developing new sales representatives, once hired, by working with them, participating in their studying requirements and mentoring their growth, he was invited numerous times to assist in the training of new hires in the Home Office. He was awarded numerous sales awards. He participated in Management Development for McNeil Specialty Pharmaceutical and has experience selling to various nationalities. He has 5 years of Management experience working for the Hyatt Corporation and Marriott Corporation as a Roy Rogers Manager. 

Terrance received his Bachelors Degree from Duquesne University in 1986. He has been married for over 14 years to Janet Cooper-Pitts. He has 2 children, Latisha Davis and Terrance Pitts, Jr., and 1 grandchild.
